Corporate Social Responsibility Assistant, Boots UK – March 2011 – November 2012

  • Working as part of a small team on the partnership between Boots UK and Macmillan Cancer Support, which led Boots UK colleagues and customers to raise £6 million and cover over 290,000 miles to help improve the lives of people affected by cancer

  • Developing a wide range of communications to promote volunteering and fundraising activities, which helped to encourage Boots UK colleagues to donate over 7,000 volunteer hours to local charities in 2012, which led to Boots UK being named Volunteering Company of the Year at the Business in the Community Local Impact Awards
